Jenny is an Army Veteran and military spouse with over two decades of experience owning and managing small-to-medium-sized companies. As an award-winning business owner, she has set her sights on the improvement of her local community by founding and managing a networking coalition of over 2,500 diverse businesses. Jenny is passionate about customer service and her professionalism is world class. When it comes to security, Jenny has a global eye on challenges – particularly those that pertain to women and families. This concentration originates from her many postings overseas where she lived and raised her daughter.
With a constant focus on quality management principles, Jenny consistently creates value for the company (and the client) by making 7Spears’ operations more efficient in terms of customer focus, leadership, change & process management, and improving our engagement and relationship objectives.
Jenny is highly experienced in marketing, branding, and social media engagement and serves as the primary face and voice of 7Spears as we develop and maintain our global presence.
Jenny’s innovative and “out-of-the-box” approach to security operations has awarded her a coveted position on the senior staff of Executive Security International (ESI). At ESI, Jenny plays a critical role as the Course Director for Threat Assessment Threat Management Plan Evaluation Week. She is particularly focused on instructing customer service, brand/reputation management, and low-vis movements and operations in a high threat environment. Jenny loves being part of such a stellar organization and program that mentors and shapes the next generation of security professionals.
Because of all of her efforts in the private, public, non-profit, and emergency sectors, Jenny has been recognized as one of Denver’s Most Inspirational People for 2019 and 2020 by In Touch magazine.
